When last we left ubersecretary Tassie and her boss, the evil Mr. Johanson, they...we...we have no idea what they were doing. But now, the superhero, Shy Cow Man, is causing them problems, and they've decided to take him down! How will they do it? Finding a way of snorkeling after dark (other than just, you know, doing it)?
