She is passionate about helping people rediscover joy in eating deeply nourishing meals without restriction or fear, and enjoys candid conversations about the food system, nutrition, and cooking. Cara is also an active volunteer in the dietetics field and has transitioned her business to a media and communications focus to help spread an anti-diet message to more diverse audiences.
