De autorijder betaalt op dit moment 79 eurocent exclusief btw, maar daar komt 23 eurocent bij als de plannen doorgaan. Volgens BNR-journalist Noud Broekhof is veel te veel. We zijn namelijk al de hoogste in accijns van Europa, zegt hij. Maar is dat wel zo?
