You are a tiny universe unto yourself, and happiness is found here, in the room you're in... not in trying to inhabit the entire world through a screen in your hand. Remember that Your Brain The Organ is built to handle a world about as far as your eyes can see, with a population of two hundred people MAX (over an entire lifetime!).The globe is way, WAY bigger... So if you're feeling distressed by a globe of hate, bad news, and horrible videos, just remember that there's nothing wrong with you.
