174: WHEN AND HOW YOU SHOULD FIRE YOUR DOCTOR

If you’ve been following my Instagram Stories over the last few weeks, then you are well aware that I had to go on Steroids. And then I caught a virus and the meds made me a little crazy! In today’s episode I am sharing all the drama around the steroids and the fact that I had to fire the doctor that prescribed them to me. Unfortunately, we live in a world where patients fall through the cracks and I am here to remind you that you must speak up, follow up and always go with your gut when it comes to your health. Tune in to hear how why, how and when I fired my doctor as I share some more personal stories and useful info you will need if you ever will have to do the same.
