174. You’re Not Behind in Life

Lately I’ve been realizing how much time I spend worrying about the future, playing out conversations and scenarios that never even happen. It’s exhausting trying to plan everything when life has its own timing. Maybe we don’t need to rush or have it all figured out by a certain age. Maybe life isn’t a race at all. We just need to keep moving, even slowly, and trust that things will unfold the way they’re meant to.
