In this episode, I discuss the importance of saying YES to “community”. What this really means, is to say yes to surrounding yourself with like minded people. We are not supposed to be doing life alone, however we were conditioned to believe we didn’t need to ask for help. Especially for women leaders and entrepreneurs, community is so important. It allows us to let go of the stories that often appear in our mind when we are left to create or do business on our own. I share insights from a client's journey balancing corporate work and a creative business, emphasizing our ability to expand our energetic capacity and navigate life's curve balls. I am a huge advocate for embracing limitless possibilities, support from like-minded groups, and removing judgment to foster unconditional love and self-compassion.
