This is part one of our two-part interview with Kathleen. She will tell us about more than one ill-fated relationship with the men she dated. With the last one, she became pregnant. That is when all of his abusive behavior, selfish style, and narcissistic personality was on full display. We will see the many times she gave second chances to her boyfriend, Al. But, no matter what she tried, he never found it within himself to come around and support her. Kathleen deserves our respect for being a great mother while attempting to maneuver around her boyfriend. Adversity made her stronger. And, her advice about watching out for "love bombing" demands we pay attention.
