Es decir, no se trata de acumular horas de entto por acumular, sino de "optimizar" el tiempo de entrenamiento. De ese modo, teóricamente podremos obtener más resultados con menos tiempo invertido. Es decir, teóricamente existe un entto "eficiente" en deporte endurance. No obstante, hay evidencias de que en dicha disciplina, el deporte de resistencia, sumar horas de entrenamiento siempre es un "plus". Siempre... salvo tres excepciones. ¿Cuáles?
