The first DevOps Academy at Redpill Linpro has finally kicked off, and in this episode, we meet three of this year's participants: Ingunn, Kriti, and Thea. The DevOps Academy was created by Kirsti Stien, the regional manager for Redpill Linpro DevOps Oslo, with the aspiration to get more people to choose a career within DevOps, especially young women.  In this episode, we discuss why so few women choose DevOps when there are actually many women choosing IT and programming in university.
