Danimarka hükûmeti yeni bir plan açıkladı. Bu plana göre Danimarka vatandaşı olmayan biri çok ciddi bir suç işlerse ve en az bir yıl hapis cezası alırsa, Danimarka o kişiyi sınır dışı edebilir. Bu plan kabul edilirse 1 Mayıs tarihinde başlayacak. Ayrıca ülkede yasal izni olmayan kişiler daha sık kontrol edilecek. Bildirim yapmayanlara elektronik kelepçe de gelebilir. Başbakan bazı durumlarda mahkeme kararını beklemeden alışılmışın dışında davrandıklarını söyledi. Devlet verisine göre bir yıl veya daha fazla ceza alan yabancıların yaklaşık %70'i zaten sınır dışı edilmiş. Yine de son 5 yılda bu gruptan 315 kişi sınır dışı edilmemiş.
