Aim for the emes and deal with conflict with integrity.  If someone is in position of having influence - (beis din) - we can’t stay away from the issue. It needs to get dealt with with clarity. Clarity will shine a powerful light. If a person does end up shoved into a machlokes. Integrity will carry them. Stay true to emes. In the end it will shine through. We have torah to help us clarify issues and go through hard things, and also to know that integrity lasts and will carry us through.
