Titus Nichols possess over a decade of experience as an attorney handling complex litigation and representing entities facing government investigations. As data breaches became more commonplace, Titus recognized the need to work with businesses to mitigate and prevent legal risk before it got to the courtroom. Titus is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as well as Vice Chair of the Privacy and Cybercrimes Commitee of the American Bar Association's Science and Technoogy Section. Titus received his Bachelor of Arts from Morehouse College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he has served as an Adjunct Professor in various legal topics.
