I really want to express to you guys the importance and also some of the things to expect when you are looking to heal a wound that has been neglected, avoided, or discarded. That can fall within a failed relationship, investment, conversation, leap, anything. If there is something that went wrong that affected how you carry yourself, then that is something that has to be healed from. With that, the amount of light and growth that comes from the process is one you couldn’t compare to anything else. Be compassionate towards yourself, let things flow and observe the emotions and thoughts that come in waves throughout the journey. It’s hard, but it’s an easier style of hard because there’s freedom on the other side.
