Today we are going to get educated about eye health 👀Our guest today is a Batawa local whose fondest childhood memories were skiing at Batawa Ski Hill, exploring outdoor trails and going to the big town of Trenton for a movie and pizza. She grew up in the eye business. Her first job was answering phones and selling glasses at the family Optometry business in Brighton. She took a victory lap at Albert College after finishing Grade 12 at Bayside Secondary School. Following her victory lap she attended the University of Ottawa where she completed an Honours Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Psychology. She then went on to complete a Master of Science Degree at theNew England College of Optometry in Boston. She married her husband 2021 in Batawa. She continues to live and thrive in Batawa with her husband and cats while working at Dr. Coward and Associates as an optometrist.Her social media educates people on eye health and eye exams.
