#18: Know Thyself with Ray Master

Ray Master is a difference-maker. He wants more for people, not from them. Passionate about seeing people actualize their resources and enjoy their blessings, Ray brings over two decades of leadership, education and counseling experience to every client. Ray joined the Financial Services industry in 2013. 

Ray lives in Arizona and enjoys serving people in his local community as well as in other states where he is licensed. Prior to his career in financial services, Ray served in various leadership roles in education, small businesses, and churches. He has extensive experience in mentoring and coaching and earned his master’s in education in 2004. Ray's ability to see the big picture while paying close attention to details allows him to convey a fully integrated approach to coaching and decision-making.

Ray and his wife, Amber, have four amazing children: Aaron (19), Daniel (18), Tanner (15), and Micayla (11). In his "spare time,"  he enjoys activities with his family, jamming on the piano, reading, and watching movies.
