18 – Mackenzie Rowe: Past-Life Regression, Healing from Sexual Assault, Spirits & Crystals

In this episode, Mackenzie discusses growing up in Coronado and how her family made every house a home, even during her high school years when they were frequently on the move. Next, we discuss Mackenzie’s heart condition and how it took about five doctors until she could find someone who both believed her and could help to diagnose the issue. From there, we discuss the book Many Lives, Many Masters and the impact it has had on Mackenzie’s journey. We then talk about Mackenzie’s experience with sexual assault during her first week of college, how that event impacted her in the immediate aftermath and in the years since the assault, and how she leveraged exposure therapy as a healing modality. Next, we discuss Mackenzie’s encounters with spirits throughout her life and why our society is so reluctant to accept first-hand accounts of supernatural beings. We then talk about the concept of non-locality of consciousness and how the term “schizophrenia” has been used to dismiss people who’ve encountered supernatural entities. We end the conversation talking about how Mackenzie has incorporated crystals and Reiki healing into her spiritual practice.
