These podcasts are for information purposes only Karl Spencer is one of three Directors of Broadwing Homes and joins Michael to discuss Creative Finance, Deal Structures and how he got into Property Development with little of his own cash.  Working in the property industry since 2010, Karl previously worked for Progressive Property. As the UK’s largest property education business, he ran the investment portfolio. During this time he raised £3 million in investment, and worked with a team to source and refurbish over 300 client properties. He's since worked on the conversion of commercial properties and the construction of new build housing.  Working to identify potential development opportunities, Karl also builds relationships and communicates with landowners, agents, sourcing agents and works to develop the project pipeline. He also oversees the construction process alongside our main contractors and ensures marketing agents are effectively marketing properties to deliver prompt sales.
