Join us as we chat to Paul West. You may know Paul west from River Cottage Australia, his cook books or maybe his newest venture "Grow It local". We had a ball chatting with Paul, reminiscing on his time in Newy (Newcastle) and also small country Australian towns. We chat about how he first came to learn about permaculture, his PDC, how Grow it local came to be, what TED talks had to do with it all and so much more.
