The constant and low hum of anxiety about your loved ones up coming departure from rehab/recovery program, and a lot of thoughts and worries about what happens now, what does it look like and how do we go about living life once rehab is done.Things are usually quite dire when someone goes into rehab, the situation is constant chaos and crisis and you are both on the roller coaster of crazy, toxic and unhealthy behaviours.
