Shirley has taught yoga for the last 10 years and is certified in various lineages and techniques including Kundalini Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. She holds a Master's Degree in clinical psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice with couples and individuals in Oakland, California. In her clinical practice, she specializes in working with intimacy, money, self confidence, and sexuality. In her free time, she loves practicing yoga, Cuban salsa dance, eating good food, hiking, spending time with friends, and doing nothing.
