After a ship sinks off of their isolated fishing post, Eva and her fishing crew are tasked with a difficult decision to either help the shipwrecked and risk their own survival or let the ship sink and survive the harsh winter with their already short supply of food. Their choice to survive has terrible consequences as they are then tormented by their guilt and believe that they are being punished for the selfish choice to survive.
