#18 Trusting in God and His Promises

I used to feel so frustrated when someone would tell me to "just give your burden to the Lord."  It sounded easy enough, but I had no idea how to do it. When I asked anyone to tell me how, I was never given a clear, actionable answer. Then the Holy Spirit answered my question. From that time I have been able to overcome the fear, worry, anxiety, depression that plagued me.
