18. Why Mission is CRITICAL

We start today with a question: What does the word SUCCESS mean to you? You see, despite the Oxford English Dictionary determining success to be:  noun. the favorable or prosperous termination of attempts or endeavors; the accomplishment of one's goals. the attainment of wealth, position, honors, or the like. ... a person or thing that has had success, as measured by attainment of goals, wealth, etc... The fact is, every time I ask someone what does success mean, it means something completely different to everyone! As a business owner, you get to decide. Decide what you do, where you do, how you do and who you do it with.  But deeper than this, you get to determine WHY you get up early, go to bed late and spend your time working in the business you do. But it is only once you have clarity on what you are working to achieve, can you hope to achieve it. Only then, can you turn your attention to the business, and establish what do you need to. d, in order to achieve your success? However, as you will see, it doesn't end there!
