If you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, burnout, or constant stress, that distinction can change how you show up today.To tie it all together, I share a ship-in-a-storm mindset: you can’t control the storm, but you can control your sails, your direction, and your mindset. I also give you a simple daily affirmation to repeat when pressure closes in, and I reflect on Isaiah 41 and the idea of being strengthened over time for what’s ahead.
