Hello, welcome to know applause just the clap The only show that says very good baby heard about her demerits. I can't even do it. I'll post it on Facebook Where I heard about part of Mars why you gotta be all hip-hop about it. I'm gonna make my hands Why'd be all white girl about it hip-hop hip-hop anonymous Hip-hop anonymous on the hip-hop the hip-hop anonymous That is going to quickly this is almost gonna be an episode where we need like a BH one Video tags on everything which by the way Creators the creators of the brothers are listening.

I need you to do every episode of every season the pop-up video We're seeing all your references. They do that in um, it's not enough anymore I think you and I talked about it before but I they do that on the the space deluxe DVD box set I would say the Homage on mom matter like I said where it pops up in Whatever that box that's worth it just for the commentaries commentary from season 4 the venture brothers I have nothing any of the audience. I never I don't know. I had the DVD.

I never watched the barman I think I got one through four part one and four two. I don't have volume. They're not like Blu Ray or HD You're not a little shit. I can okay.

Yeah, you can borrow them. That's fine. Great. I can tell you the pirate go ship episode in season one does not play I think I spread so that's one of the best episodes the one where they turn the lyrics to space ought to be into conversation I was talking about sitting out absolutely is one of the best episodes but that episode does not play on the DVD unless you ever Play with me.

I'm sorry I'm a major dump tell my wife I love us so she knows Yeah, exactly Yeah, exactly Yeah, exactly my fault on a bowie hole on this one I'll fall down a bowie hole anytime you want me to it's not a nice and they call them on just you never I would never call them on that. I follow her on the Instagrams. I can't afford to make it anyways She has her own line of it. Yeah, I can't afford to know but like what if she like did the thing where she like We made a David Bowie and put her makeup the way like a kiss book on comics.

She's not like that. What the hell would you do that? That's not her damn. It's not her.

She. What I was going to say is Please listeners. I really need the David Billy from the lab with fun to the pop even though I don't have any room for it on any of my shelves I fucking need it. How do you feel?

This is your first miss I'm going to tell my siblings and my parents. I just need another bookshelf But like I said, I really like David Billy from Co-pop and I actually kind of weirdly want the golden girls from Co-pop's I thought they're coming out with this Thank you. You got a friend in me. Oh fuck that was a twist sorry.

I said thank you for being a friend. That was it Well, should we actually start the episode talking about things? Yeah Well the big one is doctors trying to spend the came out and we've both seen it and it is freaking awesome It was way funnier than had any right to be absolutely Cumberbatch was fucking hilarious pitch perfect casting pitch perfect casting on I'm gonna fuck up his name. It's something Latin is it?

No, it's not it's based on a filet of a lizard. So no, it's not it's like Sulfaleus is that I'm single had a ball basically it's magic Sherlock vs. Magic cannibal No, no, no, no, no actually don't no actually don't like no I don't No, it's it's Latin don't look up Yeah, but his name is in Latin and the character's name is Latin based It's like the failures or something the character's name is dickbag with like black shit around his eyes. His name is gothius Gothius Maximus.

I did like that. They actually like Russell cro-punk gothius Maximus You spit a little dirty actually I actually really like that they kind of made a weird point about making most of his henchmen women Makes sense. Yeah, like I said most of his I mean he had a fair amount of men But most of they quote unquote zealots were women and they were just as far just as far as thanks to just as hard to defeat as men They were there were a few really convenient things Blot wise but frankly considering how entertaining it was I'm really to let them go also Um, did anybody else get super reminded of a magic carpet from a latin when the capes started getting into play? You're not alone.

No, thank you. I'm not saying I didn't like it. I'm not saying it'd make me fucking laugh I'm just guz bashing the guys. Yeah, that was super magic carpet from one.

Yeah Also the smacking in the hand I really like Dr. Strange like a great introduction of magic in a intelligent way into the Marlin universe I actually really liked the departure from the comics because the comics were completely involutive humor and this movie had a lot of humor in it Yeah, no the comics were really funny. No the comics were funny initially. I mean they have grown since Would have been self-reged No, we have other than actually self-regime.

I said the comics weren't funny. The comics weren't funny at all. They were incredibly serious The comics did use very psychedelic very trippy art and that's what Steve Dico is going for The imagery was incredible. It was visually stunning the rum and columns turning into clockwork gears.

I mean, yeah, that's a mind. The mirror the Dimensions all that bullshit. Um, it was basically watching like Supernatural inception. Yeah, yeah with those cities coming together all that but it's one of those things where at some point in one fight I'm like well somebody has a boner for MC.

That's actually how I described some people wearing like some of the fights are very MC. I'm sure I'm not complaining Oh, no, I've got that. I enjoyed a great deal, but yeah, somebody has a boner for MC Escher And I actually weirdly think we kind of have to thank him with rounds for doing all of the weird clockwork in our opening Because I feel like that kind of inspired the whole thing with the Roman columns turning and turning into clockwork. I think it was more inception.

I really do. No, but absolutely inception inspired. However, I would like all of the character Arcs the fact that they managed to have a sample cast and give everyone the time they needed I don't want to get into like each one really in depth, but I kind of want to hit some high notes on each character One, I'm not a huge fan of what this could be, but his love interest, but the it's not Rachel McAdams, that's DC. Who is it?

Amy Adams? No, Amy Whitehouse. Very multiple. Rachel McAdams.

Rachel McAdams. Thank you. Who apparently was set up to be the nightmares? Would you already have nightmares?

You don't need any nightmares. We already have Rosario Dawson and she's freaking awesome. I agree. Nobody can see us high five.

Well, don't agree. I completely agree. So, set her up for that. I am not a huge fan of it, but I think she did a really great job of bringing humanity out.

I do think her character is important. Yes. I like how she played the character. And that was an hour of love interest.

Exactly. I don't think she made it overly emotional. I did a good way. Like I should have said, I don't think she made it overly romantic.

Yes. Because they had a professional relationship and then they had a personal relationship. I thought you wanted to call it. When you see the movie, that'll make sense.

Like I said, she told him to go fuck himself at exactly the right time. And I do like that one in the beginning of the movie, they have zero romantic interest at all. And she just wants his professional opinion. And later on in the movie, yes, she does have the best personal interest, but it's more of a friendship kind of way.

Yes. It's a romantic way. And I actually really like that. I like that he finally comes like part of his journey, not just to being Dr.

Strange. Yeah, the source. Well, we'll become the source of supremacy. He's not that yet.

No, but then he heals his soul, I guess you could say. And he comes out and even though he can't email her, he says that in his chest projection, he's like, I'm sorry. No, does he say that in person? Does it say that?

It's an asteroid. He doesn't necessarily say it in person. Sorry. Yeah.

I'm sorry. I have Dr. Duch. I don't have to say it in Lucifer.

I essentially will get to that one. I'll enter that one. Well, I'm a bunch of brothers commentary moment. I was just built Zoda, which is especially nice and stylish.

I'm going to fuck up his name. I'm looking to help you fix it in Hannibal. What is the thing? Is it Michael or Madeline?

It's like Malcolm or something of that. I think it's Malek. Malek. Madal is something like that.

Something extremely alienated. It is very good. But his character, the big bad thing. I'm gonna go big bad for the movie.

Which by the way, I look at he's in everything right now. Because he's got like three films coming out. Those are really? No, because he's in all the things.

Um, in terms of strange that the bag out didn't just wanna like take over the world or have all the magic which we'll get to later. Um, that he came to them like a broken man like Doctor Strange and was like my family guy and I don't want anyone else to die. Like I said, he had issues with death and mortality. Yes.

And I liked that they fleshed that out. The thing is he became such more of a sympathetic villain when you realize that the Inchicwan is a lion kind of rag. Yeah. And I mean that's a great good.

She's a man, I mean that the nicest possible way. She likes he likes he. We'll get to tell the Swintman in terms of characters or the Inchicwan. Oh, she played it fantastically.

Um, but that's not the point. Well, let's jump to her because more to it is gonna be at the very end. Okay. Based on the post credit.

Yeah, post credit and I'm gonna get a little bit of the great stuff too. Oh, we'll tell you. But, uh, tell the Swintman as the Inchicwan. You know what, they talk about whitewashing all the shit and I'm like, you know what?

Here's the thing is that the Inchicwan was never particularly portrayed. It's a title, not a ethnicity. Like you know what I mean? They actually mentioned specifically in the film that she was Celtic.

Yeah. Um, I thought she did an amazing job. I mean, she was unrecognizable instead of she's such an amazing actress. She was so great as Gabriel in uh, Constantine.

I thought that God brought up, well, uh, at the day job. Uh, but she disappears into these roles so well. I kind of think she might be like the female version of Daniel Pervis. They Lewis.

That she's so fucking method. Like I said, and the thing is, she's method is fucking. But it's also the fact that both of them are very humble. They'll do Lewis not humble.

He actually really is. No, he's not. Sorry. You're a tiny, you're a tiny xylophone when I was.

I got an email. Daniel Davis works as a cobbler in Europe when he's not doing acting. Well, then, is he just waiting for that cobbler in Europe moving to happen? He's still in character for something that hasn't happened yet.

Well, I guess they really missed the mark on that out of Santa movie. Was he in an out of Santa movie? No, there's an out of Santa movie called the Cobbler. Is it about pie?

Could it be about pie? Cause it's cobbler. I'm gonna beat you to death with this fucking bottle of water. No, cobbler.

So till the swin is the age of life. You know, a lot of people said whitewashed. I actually didn't even see it as that. I didn't even see it as that.

I had to tell you though, we'll talk about it a little later. We're gonna talk about the Ghost in the Shell by Washing. Okay. We'll talk about it later.

However, till the swin is the ancient one. I'm completely fine with it. All of his interactions with the librarian whose name I can't remember. Wong, thank you.

Fucking priceless. I like that they made Wong and not like the like, man-servant character he is in the comics. No, Wong is an absolutely powerful character accomplished in his own right who feels, I think, honored to guard the knowledge. Like I said, I really liked that about Wong.

And I liked when they did one of the reprisal seeds. That's what I'm gonna call them. Repurisal seeds were Wong's back. I like what a badass he was.

I also liked how much balls he had. Yeah. I like that he's more of like an Alfred from Gotham as opposed to an Alfred from, you know, the 60s Batman TV show. Who knew Karate?

I would compare him more to the Alfred from the Tim Burton stuff. Yeah, sorry. That was much better Alfred. Yeah.

He's not as him Burton Alfred. He's a cop about it. He's an Alfred Penny Wether that actually gets served in Her Majesty's service over in India. It's awesome shit and some things.

Yeah. No, I really just want to watch the world. He's not, well, now you're gonna do the Christmas roll and stuff. It's just me and Jack.

So I just want to tangent. Um, no, yeah, I completely agree that Wong is opposed to being like the kind of a suffering butler character. He's not gonna be in one note character, but he was in the day. No, like I said, I liked it.

Like I said, I liked it a great deal. I liked that Wong was there. Like I said, I also, somebody spent so much time figuring out those reverse scenes to trapping the... Magic Handable.

Well, no, I'm trying to think of a career toward the same. I guess we can go with Zealots. Yeah, we're accolades. No, we're accolades.

No, we're accolades or zealots. Like I said, trapping the accolades is like very odd scenarios that would be completely on that street scene. Like a trapped in walls and shit. Like trapped in walls and like trapped in tanks and it's one of those things where like this makes absolutely complete sense.

But somebody spent a lot of fucking time planning this out and working it and thinking about the visuals. I agree. Like the visuals were incredible and somebody spent a shit ton of time with me. Like mapping it out.

Which is probably given thinking. Um, it absolutely probably was. What I'm just saying. Like the rooms of storyboards that most fucking take it.

Oh, ridiculous. I'm sure. The storyboarding room has got to be, yeah. I'm pretty sure that time travel gave my headache.

But speaking of time travel, real quick, we do see a new infinity stone. Well, it doesn't technically get revealed until the end. We all knew it was. I do love slash hate that Rachel McAdams didn't make more fun of him for what it do.

She looked like we're in a medallion. Like Magic Liberace or what? Pretty much. Actually, that's exactly how it's about the phrase.

Now, because the collector in Gardens and Gardens and Gardens is a galaxy. Oh my gosh, I have to believe his Magic Liberace. No, he's Space Liberace in Gardens and Gardens. So if you like Magic, like what?

Like Lil Jon? The Chain and shit or like 50 Cent? I was like two Chain or um. The T-Pang.

The A-Brockis from the AT. Okay. Magic, what's your team? Oh, yeah.

Like I said, I do like the sheet. I don't like the sheet to make more fun of him, but I also really see a bunch of shit going on. But I like that the humor like kept it together. It was very humanizing.

More than that something that Brandon and I talked about is that there was so little humor in Doctor Strange in the beginning. Comic wise. Comic wise, yeah. I mean the comic wasn't funny.

No, like I said, they made him funny and the fact that he was funny made him relatable. Absolutely. If they'd gone it and played it completely crispy for Nolan's straight, this would have been a gigantic failure. Oh yeah.

Well, you can't have, the thing is you can't have Ernest grounded characters, I'm not saying this in a bad way. Like I said, and then Magic. Like if you put Magic into Chris Nolan's Batman, it doesn't work. I mean.

Well, you can't have quote unquote, really Magic. It just sounds stupid. It has an eye. Yeah, how'd that go?

Hopefully gonna come back on air. No. He said. It was the wrong network, but like I said, how'd that go?

Yeah, did not anyone. Um, Baron Mordo, or Mordo, he'll become Baron Mordo, which we'll get to in a second. Um, his, by the post-credits scene, the fact that he seals Benjamin Bratz, basically Magic's fine. Um, yeah, a little dark.

A little dark. Here he goes. I'm just using it to walk and he's like, yeah. Basically like.

It's the too many sorcerers like. Yeah. What I want to know is he's still doing music, he's using his boots and his weapon. Might be.

All I know is that. He's gonna be a product. Well, welcome to Baron Mordo. Um, he's gonna short Magic.

And I don't think we're gonna see a Strange Mordo fight until the third one. No, I don't think we are. Um, they've already rumored who the big bands can be for, um, since season two. Like that's how good the show, the movie is, is I think of it as like seasons.

Would you like to talk about season two? Yeah, that's right. It's a game. The Doctor Strange do.

Or Doctor Stranger. And then Doctor Strange just. You say Doctor Stranger? It just seems like a doctor that shows up in banks or white.

But like in the armpit, it's gonna be stranger. Like in the fifth hole. It's like Nardiad, I get the belief in the first meeting there. But uh, they're already- It's only cringing and paying.

They're already talking, uh, the next big band will be Nightmare. Guess what, he controls. Um, so like the realm of nightmares. Um, well, well Mordo, um, consolidates power to become the big band in three.

If that sounds like we're gonna go, I'm just psyched. That sounds awesome, but you realize that he's already out-performed Captain America and is on track to out-performed, sorry. Out-performed to work. What do you mean he's out- Money was?

Doctor Strange? Yeah. In- like actual like box office? Mm-hmm.

No way. He's already out- He's already out-performed Captain America is on track to out-performed. First Captain America. Captain America is the first adventure.

Captain America is the first adventure. He's out-performed the first Thor, really? No, no, he's on track to out-performed. Okay.

The first Thor was something. Actually, Frank, they should look it up now since the Monday. I read the article yesterday and it's very easily going to international and domestic box office after-form Thor. We'll go out on this one if you don't mind.

We'll still have to talk about the mid-credit. We'll go down this one. Uh, Thor popped up on the mid-credit. I have an up-beer, hang out with Doc Strange.

It's almost as good as the short with him and his roommate. Actually, it's better now. I don't know if you've heard the internet chatter and the thing is, I went out- I thought after Strange was a friend of mine. And we went out to talk about it after the movie like we do.

And I was like, the mid-credit scene with Thor doesn't make any sense because he's asking Dr. Strange to track down his father. And Dr. Strange says he was here with Loki.

Thor doesn't know that Loki's alive. Thor doesn't know that Loki's impersonating Odin at all. I thought this was a little weird. Internet theory, and I think they're right and I'm with them on this one.

That's not Thor to mid-credit scene. That's Loki pretending to be Thor. I'm trying to track down Odin who has been absconded by Thor to protect him. We'll find out next year.

Come Ragnarok. Next year, come Ragnarok. But I honestly don't believe that's actually Thor. So now they're using massive mr.

X in the post-credit scenes. They've elevated their game on post-credit scenes or mid-credit scenes. It's not just, oh, there's Thanos, he's got an empty glove and it's like, I'll take care of it myself. Or like, here's the Winter Soldier in a giant industrial winch going, you know, with Falcon going, I know a guy.

This is them going, here's something that will make you look left while we're going right. Which I think is really fucking cool. I guess we'll see what happens. On a side note about the Marvel movies, fun fact, I recently watched Rewatched Real Steel.

No, no, no, hold on. Interesting note when you realize what I'm about to say. That movie has Hugh Jackman, Wolverine, Kevin Durant, the blob from X-Men, or from Wolverine Origins, Anthony Mackie, the Falcon. I don't think we can't win Wolverine Origins.

No, it's so bad. It's so bad. And there's another, oh, and Evangelion Lily, who was the Wasp? It's Evangelion, but yes.

Is it Evangelion? Is that how you pronounce that? Post-streamsly? Alright.

She's not dead yet. Don't be kidding. I was actually just going to throw it at your cross. What else we got?

We've got so much we got through. Not actually that much. Would you like to talk about Black Mirror's 3? Yes.

I got three Black Mirror's. Kind of like how you've had to pause for us together. This has been a couple weeks coming. They had week episodes.

They had really good episodes. The internet says one of the strongest episodes is the one about Juan Pertido or whatever it is, with the very hoo-vian-esque. We've done all their brains into like a digital heaven. I did not like that one.

I liked the...now you danced monkey or whatever that episode was. The guy trolling the...but on the bottom line, okay. Season 3, Black Mirror. Sorry, I skipped it about a picture of a swirly and burrito-at-tree.

Black Mirror 3 has a lot of highlights to it. I don't think it's ever matched to Season 1 in terms of purity, and that could be...we've talked about the whole...you spend your whole life running your first album if you're a musician. You spend your whole life... No, it's...you spend your whole life...

You spend your whole life... It's always a sophomore's love. Yes. But this is your junior year, if you were to move the analogy along.

It's still... So, show me it's uneven, but it's not. Yes, there is no the bad episodes are bad, the good episodes are good. The good episodes are amazing, and the bad episodes are higher than average.

So it's kind of dr. Glish? No, because dr. who has like, where the bad episodes are bad.

Not with the Moffit years. Yeah, that's true. Not from Moffit years. Okay, fine.

Dr. who the Moffit years. When the good episodes are good, the good episodes are out of this fucking world. When the bad episodes are bad, they're just average.

They're still good. Like, yeah. They're pizza. They're pizza.

Because even when it's bad, it's still pizza. I like when people would say pizza's like sex, and then I'm like, no, it's not really that sex. And when it's bad, it's really bad. I would have had really bad pizza.

I'd have had some really good pizza. Well, I guess you'd go really good. Never mind. What's next?

Are you done with Black Mirror? Black Mirror is one of my favorite, I don't know if you call it the sci-fi series? I'd say sci-fi. I think it's a good thing to be in almost the X-Files and nice dry asshole.

I mean, they're too light-somed. Well, it very much is a ton of times. Like I said, nice dry asshole. But the troll episode, I think it's called Now You Dance, or something like that?

Now You Dance Now You Do? No, that's that magic movie, right? With Dave Franco and Jesse Eisenberg. Now You Dance Me Now You Don't?

Now You Dance Dance Revolution. Now You Don't? Yeah. But now You Dance Me Now You Don't?

And then I Dance Again. Damn it. No. I'm on a correct, just make me sound like a jackass.

No surprise. That happens to you a lot, don't you? Yeah. But I will say, I think it's called Now You Dance.

Episode is amazing. The San Juanito, whatever episode. I thought it was a little tug at the heartstrings. It was too much.

It was too much. No. It's a fictional don't worry about it. I thought it was a little heart stringy.

I thought it was a little too much heartstrings. The Hate of the Nation episode, I thought it was really good. But they did an extra long episode, which I didn't think it should have been. What's that?

Yeah. Like it was one of those like, we're really getting, it was a really sweaty premise halfway through. Great episode. But once again, I thought it could have been shorter.

But Dark Mirror never fails to satisfy. Never fails to amuse me. Black Mirror? What was that?

Dark Mirror. What was Dark Mirror? That's what you said. You said Dark Mirror.

Yeah, that's why New Black Mirror spin off. It's slightly less than white. It's not that bad. No, that'd be mad mirror.

Damn it. Also, John Hamm has been on Black Mirror. Yes, I know. That's why I said it.

Cause it's spin off. Would you call that a subroutine? No, it's a spin off. Okay.

On that note. Okay. So. Lissifer.

I'm not a crazy big fan about the sub plot they have on this season. When I've had tried his quote unquote mother. It's not as quote unquote. It's mother.

I'd be problems with the sub plot. I love how she's adjusting the human life. I'm not well. When I want the husband to shut up, I just have sex with him.

I'm not the bottle of water, Liss. Yeah. No. And we've argued a bit.

Did you just open that for me? Yeah, I'm nice dude. Oh, thank you. The Cap says go fuck yourself.

The Cap says I have mold. Oh. The Cap says go fuck yourself. I'll get you in with the tape.

I don't think there's anyone. Don't worry about it. Anyways, we've argued about this before. I'm not a big fan of this sub plot on Lucifer.

I do however love Maze living with Chloe. Topless made, meant I had to clean. Well, no. I love the Halloween episode where Maze ends up with the movie, but taking Trixie out, Trixie is reading and she's the Queen of Mars.

And she uses the demon face? No. First of all, she does use the demon face. But second of all, I love the weird patient eye contact waiting until the guy gives her a bunch of money.

I also am really good to where Lucifer has reached a point in his quote-unquote therapy where he reveals his true face and she loses her fucking shit. Yeah, that gets slightly resolved on the last episode. Where Maze and Rachel Harris, the therapist, finally reconciled after the therapist realizes, Oh shit, he is the devil. He's a demon.

But I really like that Maze is actually forming friendships. Which is... She finds a great job for her. She's a bounty hunter.

Oh, totally forgot about that. She can literally punch humans for money. But it's one of those things where, like I said, I think honestly what's happening right now, the thing that I'm most interested in is one, the fact that Abondile is completely fucking losing his shit. And losing his wings.

But I mean, that started when he started banging me. So we knew that was coming. We totally knew that was coming. And I really do just love Trixie and Maze's relationship.

I would just, she's bonded with Trixie more than like Lucifer who goes, ahh, kid. Sills her sandwich. Like I said, Lucifer actually is very fond of her but he just doesn't know how to behave. And I love the bad habits, he's almost inadvertently instilling in her.

The part with it? Lucifer said it wasn't wrong if I wanted it really bad. Well, just season one, but I still like it. But like when he binds her the doll and says like, Oh God, I love the whole thing where Chloe's like, she's trying to manipulate me, that's why she destroyed the doll.

And Lucifer's like, well that's fucking brilliant. Yeah, so we should buy her doll because she was really good at manipulation. And it's like, that's, as a parent that's why you shouldn't buy the doll. Or should, I mean depending on how good they are, but.

Well, what kind of parent you are. Yeah. But like I said, now I'm not a huge fan of the overarching series' bloodline, but I- I love the mom, I love Trisha Helfer as- I'm sorry, I- I- Trying to settle into like suburban America. You know exactly how much I fucking hated the series because of its departure from the comics.

But God, I love Tom as fucking losing her. Tom Ellis as- We've done about this for season where- So freaking charming is so good. Whoever their music director is needs a fucking pay raise. The episode where they have to like, what was it, the two action stars?

Oh, come on. Like the weird like Chuck Norris, Bruce Lee or whatever action stars. Because whoever their music director is needs a pay raise and their writing staff is spot on. Like I said, I'd rate this series against my will.

No, honestly I've really come to love it on the second season. I've come to accept it for what it is. It's not a splashy on the second season which makes me worry it might not make it to the third season. I think a will, and I think it's a- It's a- I think it's a conscious effort to not be a splashy on the second season.

Go, hey, we can rest our merits as a good series. No, what I worry about is that it's fucking Fox and Fox does not develop programs. Either you make it or your doubt. Fox does not give you another season because you're critically acclaimed.

Shoss, we then. Bye. No, that's fine. I can see that they might have story ideas like all the way up to like fourth fifth season on Lucifer.

Because that doesn't work for the show, but Fox renewal wise is a shitty network for the show. I agree. One of the things they haven't gotten into, which I've been kind of frustrated with, is that they kind of got into it in the first season. Is that Chloe, like, Dulls, Lucifer's, I wouldn't call him Angelic, but- or demonic.

Whatever you want to call it? I would say immortality. Yeah, okay. Well, that actually super pisses me off, but I also think it's just something that Lucifer and Mays are both consciously trying to avoid.

Like they just don't want a fucking deal with it. So that it's a conscious effort on the part of the characters to not talk about the fact that- Because it makes them so uncomfortable. But nothing has lessened Mays except for a meta deal. Mays isn't a super weird character place right now.

Yeah. I do like that they kind of developed her as a character, but they also did something different. Did they also run a character in the comic con? No, not nearly as much.

Okay. So here's the main thing that I don't know what's over. In the books, in Lucifer, Mays is actually not a demon. She's a little villain.

A little villain, yeah. Not how it's pronounced, but there's nothing there. Oh, is that really? Yes.

I'd never read the books. I just thought Lillen was the- you know, moving on. Please, Gebo, I'm sorry, I interrupted. She's one of the few that actually serves- and she might actually be the only one that serves Lillens who serves Lillens for at hell.

And her race had a vote to pick with God because they feel like they were thrown out of the Garden of Eden for bullshit reasons. Because there were three Eaves according to Saman. Exactly. But, yeah, according to.

Yeah, like I said, Lillen, still like they were thrown out of the Garden of Eden for bullshit reasons. And in the culmination of the Lucifer books- Where the Lillen was the one that was like, made from him that he was repulsed by? Is that- I- remembering that right? It's been a long time.

I don't know how to- Or would she go on that dominated him? She's the one that dominated him. Okay. Sorry.

It's been a really long time since I read the books, but I'm pretty sure she's the one that dominated him. Because the first one that he was repulsed by is like, saw her grow from- Yes. I feel like- And the second one was- and she was dominant. And then she was like, oh, she's a little bit like a little bit.

But she had- Lower the man on top and thou skeetest. Thou skeetest. Skeetest. Skeetest.

Anyhow, like I said, so in the comic books, and I unfortunately need to re-vide the 11th book, because I attempted to- somebody who came back to me. And actually does end up through a series of ridiculous things, being a debate between the child of angels and a little of them, on who should rule the world and be God and have the Garden of Eden. So, Maes' character doesn't get developed as much in the books, but it's still a really interesting transition, because there's a part in the comic books where she bonds with one of the cocktail waitress that works at Lux. Yes.

Then asks her to impersonate her to trap somebody else. And this particular character is a single mother who's divorced and just trying to make it. But it's actually an interesting subplot. I do really like what they're doing with Maes in the books, and I like what they're doing with Maes in the comic books.

They're developing her a lot faster. But it's a complete divergence. But the comic- Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, damn charming.

You had to divorce yourself in the comics, which we had an issue with. I can't do it. I just want to see David Bowie as the devil. Well, that's not going to happen.

It's just your filthy, warm mouth. Let's hope that you don't kill 2016, doesn't kill Sting, so we could both see him in the Sandman movie. Pass. Right.

Wait, no. Sting was based on... Not Sting. Oh, Constantine.

Not Sting, the Sandman movie. Pass. If Joyce and... Joseph Burt Levy isn't attached to the project anymore.

Oh, it hasn't been for... But it says, I'm not interested. They're going to fuck it up. If it's not, they'll game in Roger Avery, then yeah, I'm with you.

Like I said, pass. What else we got? Strange. He's three.

You read the books? I watched the show. It's not an interesting comparison. It's not that I don't want to watch the show.

It's that I'm a binger, so I'm kind of waiting for the end. It's like Justified, which by the way, I'm very glad I'm waiting for the end of Justified. Also, Walter Goggins is apparently on a new show, and I didn't watch it yet. Oh, Rectified?

Yeah. Oh, yeah. No, he's like an executive producer on that. I haven't watched it yet.

Okay. Rectified? Yeah, it's coming up on his last season. I'm sorry to wound you.

Is it not doing that? No, no, no, no. Okay. No, no, no.

It's going to be four seasons. No, no, no, no. No, no, no, no, no. No, no, no, no, no.

No, no, no, no, no. There's no finance. That's completely fine. Like I said, I was just like, why don't people love him?

No, the thing is like a lot of people don't understand. You guys do choppers with the American Army. So, Rectified aside, um, Strain season two. Um, you read the books.

I watched the show. Let's, like I said, talk slightly differences. Um, let me please go first so that you can kind of correct me. Um, you have the Stradori?

Is that right? Vampires? I'm actually not 100% sure how it's pronounced because I only have a Reddit. Um, the Stradori?

I did that comment. Um, I mean, I mean, I was part of the production team. So, that's how it's pronounced on the show. The Stradori, uh, which Stratakian, which I know is pronounced on.

Um, Fett's there. Uh, what is it? Godspeed? Eh, from all good?

Whatever his name is. Um, something generic? Yeah, like his name is like so weirdly dumb in the show. It's like, it's ephraim, like, all good or ephraimic.

Godspeed. You're like, frickin' really? Um, how very, how very the rock. It's like, oh, your name is sounding like Godspeed or Goodspeed.

It means Godspeed and all that bullshit. Um, they fight the good fight, but it can't be helped that a nuclear bomb goes off, drenching New York and possibly parts of the world. So, any nuclear winder? I have a thousand questions.

Shoot. Try to keep it down to 500. What's going on with the, let's call him the master. The master's a big red worm who, his son, Quinlan, who's in the books.

Quentos or Quinlan, um, has come out to kill the master, um, knowing that his death, that the master's death will result in his death. Um, he heads the master, doesn't die, but neither does the master. Okay, so here's the massive divergential books. They'll be many.

Do you want me to tell you about their book? No. Okay, then we can't talk. Let's keep those spoilers.

Um, okay, then we're not gonna talk. What I'm asking is how much does the second go? I can't, but they're going to go in the second season and they're going to be completely stuck on the third. Well, Nora survives in the books and Nora survives the third book, right?

Yes, yes. Nor is that. Uh, Nora died halfway through season two. They blew their load on the second season and she got bit by Ephraim's vampire wife.

Pass. Uh, and killed herself. Um, to save, to save, to save SAC, um, who still gets up sconded by the master. Yeah, it's in the books.

It's actually really interesting what they do with him in book three. We're getting there. Um, SAC gets kind of, has a bit of a, uh, one of the collets, Stockholm, uh, Stockholm syndrome with the master. This also happens in the book where he's basically angry teenager.

Yeah, um, held against as well. They give him a pet, I don't know what they call them, like, scatterer. Like, it's like these, like, they literally, like, turn out a whole bust load of, like, line kids into, like, weird, super, super. It's actually even more haunting in the books.

You know what I'm talking about? What happened is they made all of these defective glasses for children to look at the eclipse and blinded them on purpose for this. Oh, do I give them, like, daredevil powers? Yeah.

Yeah. They give him one of those as a pet. Oh. Yeah, like, in the show, it's weird.

It's super fucking weird. Um, the very- I seem to just want to spoil the crap out of book three for you, but- Please don't. Um, because all these, these in three of the stream. But they've already completely diverged for a bunch of different shit.

Well, F is looking for, at this point, at the end- F is like a really great anti-heroic piece of shit. He's a-well, he started drinking again, so he's a massive piece of shit. He's a massive- Now, he lost SAC. Well, that wasn't really his fault.

Well, the way he lost SAC in the show is by killing his mom. Oh my god, there's so many more horrible things that happen in the book. So, like, Nora totally spends, like, hours wandering through the dark subway tunnels to try and get back to SAC, and things just go awry. Well- And he said Nora spends hours in the early- No, no, wait, let me show.
