If neither the facts or law are on your side, pound the table.” …THAT ALL CORPORATIONS ARE CREATED EQUAL? Originally adopted after the Civil War to protect the rights of freed slaves, the 14th Amendment has exponentially expanded the protection of civil rights for all Americans over the past 150 years. So now it protects Corporations as people? THE OLD SWITCH THE LABELS ON THE PARTY TRICK. Racist. Sexist. Republican. These words are virtually interchangeable—at least, according to most professors, journalists, and celebrities. So, are they right?
