180. Microsteps forward

Massive action, it always felt like a big push for me... And don't get me wrong! There's a time for that space, and a time to recognize that that space isn't sustainable forever. When we carry a lot in life (responsibilities, pressures, ALL the things), we feel this heavy weight that we need to constantly do BIG in order to BE. But what if in this moment we lightened that load with a microstep? To make the journey feel light and abundant and flowing. Let's practice taking small steps forward while giving your body, mind and soul what it needs.
