180 - The Human Tapestry (The Restore Project - Part 6)

Welcome to The Restore Project—a series centered around Psalm 23.  Here is Session 6.   (Feel free to listen in any order.)  2 Corinthians 12:10 That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.  Sometimes I expect way more from my human self than I have to give. I fight it and want to be more. Picture a sheep with a superhero cape. I am a new creation, but I am still bound by gravity, just like all of us. I am deeply grateful that God chose to show both sides of the human tapestry in Scripture. Both the messy, tangled side full of mistakes, sin, defeat and doubt, and also the beautiful side filled with forgiveness, restoration, patience and healing.
