181: Being Filled With The Holy Spirit

Have you ever wondered what Jesus meant when he told the disciples that they would be "baptized with the Holy Spirit" (Acts 1:5)? Much confusion surrounds this important biblical teaching. In addition, many believers live their lives missing an essential ingredient for their spiritual growth. In the book of Acts, Luke helps us understand the biblical teaching on the baptism of the Holy Spirit with three phrases. Luke speaks of being baptized with the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:5), being filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:4), and the coming upon of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8).
