For the next few weeks, we'll be diving into our annual goals process. It's become an annual tradition which I look forward to because I don't think - as business owners - we focus enough on what it takes to make our goals a reality.  Setting them is easy - going through the goal setting process is the easy part.  Accomplishing them is a different story.
