Now we're talking!    Nita Sweeney suffered from depression, mood swings, and grief from the loss of her loved ones for so long. And like everybody else, Nita longed for a better life, a happier one out of the ravine she's in. But making that change does not come easy for anyone… until… she found a tool that gave her a jumpstart, one that lasted for a mere 60-second. It may not sound much, but eventually, Nita got her footing and became an award-winning wellness author and ultramarathoner — all in her late 40's!     But that's not only what helped Nita overcome her negative emotions. Listen in as Nita reflects on how doing both the inner work made the outer work more bearable and lessons she learned about making ridiculously small goals and being always on the move.
