Today we continue in Chapter 17 in Part 15 of, "With Jesus Behind The Veil". John 17 is known as ‘the High Priestly prayer of Jesus.’ Jesus knew He was just a few hours from the Cross and set this time aside to go before His Father with the most important burdens on His heart. He prayed for Himself (verses 1-5), for His Disciples (verses 6-19), and He prayed for us | all future believers to come. (verses 20-26). Today Pastor Phil shares how Jesus prayed that we, His disciples would be set apart, sanctified and holy as The Father is holy... How? Jesus says that we are sanctified by His truth—the word of God... May we abide in Him, purpose in our hearts, and seek Him out completely, being washed by the power of His Word, and walking in the power of His Spirit. May we cling to His promises! Have questions?
