🔸 "I'm getting a new friend!" Mio has done a little parts work with a therapist, but never like this. Powerful. She said later: "This session has gotten me to a new depth, it's actually so simple, and so essential. Would we call that an exile or protector? We went from a part calling her selfish to a part wanting/justifying being selfish, without explicitly acknowledging that. Did I lose the thread?
