Viveca (Fallenius) Svensson is a passionate lawyer and practitioner of legal design. We spoke about the state of privacy and trust in our society. What legal design actually is and how we can approach law completely differently. What if we actually trust the law makers good intent and instead of pushing against law as something we want to avoid we'd use law to actually guide our actions?
