He is the Founder and President of Straight Arrow Coaching, a leadership development firm focused on working with small and mid-sized growing American companies. Chris has more than 25 years of experience working with and leading companies ranging from startups to publicly traded corporations. Throughout his career, he has started and run four companies, led turnarounds of regional and national companies, led business coaching and leadership development programs in companies of all sizes, and coached small business owners through critical growth stages by systemizing and scaling their operations.  Chris is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of his passion for leadership, he is a classic car enthusiast, lover of the outdoors, practitioner of Jiu Jitsu, and volunteer.
