So far in this chapter of 2 Timothy, Paul has really been focusing on teaching Timothy how a Christian is supposed to live their lives, and the type of focus on Christ that they are really supposed to have in their lives. Today in this sermon I cover Paul’s words to timothy in regards to the holiness of the words that come out of Christians mouths, and the type of conversations we are supposed to be involved in, verses the conversations we are not supposed to be involved in. What does God expect from someone He is saving? How does God expect Christians to speak? And just what kind of conversations does Paul say that Christians should stay out of?
