So wie ich als Kind, wie wohl viele von uns, mit Lego meine eigene Welt geschaffen habe, so bin ich auch heute ein rastloser Erforscher des noch Unbekannten: Ich habe an der Entwicklung des weltweit ersten MP3-Players mitgewirkt, habe Militärtechnologie in positiv sinnvolle Produkte für Konsumenten transformiert und für die größten deutschen Banken Online-Banking nutzbar gemacht. Dabei habe ich gelernt, dass Design Innovationen treibt und gemeinsam mit und an erster Stelle für den Menschen die bekannten und unbekannten Herausforderungen unserer Zeit meistern kann. Als Business Romantiker und Entrepreneur ist es heute mein Ziel, meinen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern das erlebnisreichste und zufriedenste Arbeitsleben zu ermöglichen und gleichzeitig durch unser aller Schaffen an einer positiven Zukunft teilzuhaben. Ich empfinde es als großes Glück, dies durch meine beiden Firmen Indeed Innovation und TOI – Tools of Innovators bestätigt zu sehen. Meine Leidenschaft gilt dem Ziel, das schönste Leben zu leben, das möglich ist, und zwar für alle. Eine Vision in der Tat – und eine für die sich der Einsatz lohnt.
