#183. Travel in Japan, Tottori　鳥取砂丘

Today, I would like to introduce Tottori, I would like to introduce Tottori, located in the San-in region on the Sea of Japan side. Tottori, which is only an hour and 10 minutes by plane from Tokyo, is famous for its sand dunes. Can you imagine riding a camel in Japan? The beauty of the wind ripples on the sand is impressive, and flying over the dunes with a paraglider or riding down the dunes on a bicycle with tires twice as thick as a mountain bike is a pleasant experience that can only be experienced here in Japan. Also worth visiting is Misasa Onsen, a hot spring in Tottori that has been registered as a Japanese Heritage site and is one of the most radioactive hot springs in the world, containing high concentrations of radon. こんにちは。 ジェニのピカピカ日本語へようこそ。 春になってくるとどこかへ出かけたくなりますよね。 今日は、本州の西、日本海側の山陰地方のある鳥取をご紹介します。 東京から飛行機で1時間10分で行ける鳥取は、砂丘で有名です。 日本でラクダに乗るなんて想像できますか？ 風が砂に刻む風紋の美しさに感動し、またパラグライダーで砂丘の上を飛んだり、マウンテンバイクの2倍の太さのあるタイヤの自転車に乗って下る砂丘も気持ちいい、日本でここでだけできるアクティビティです。 また、鳥取には日本遺産に登録され、高濃度のラドンを含む世界屈指の放射能泉の三朝温泉も訪れたいところです。
