My 39th birthday is coming up & as I reflect upon my 20s & 30s, I had a moment where I felt ashamed of doing so much in my life, having so many interests, wanting to try a "new thing". I've been told, "Why can't you just stick to something for 30 years?"... OR "You're doing something NEW again?" I had my own moment of self-doubt and shaming myself.
