#185 Lindsay Peat // Becoming and remaining an elite athlete
from The Sideline Live Podcast · host The Sideline Live
On episode 185 I am thrilled to be joined by one of the legends in Irish sport Lindsay Peat. An Irish underage international (in soccer), former Irish senior women's point guard, 2010 All-Ireland winner with the dublin senior ladies team and then took up international rugby at 35 years of age in 2015 Lindsay is a rare athlete in the world of sport, especially the modern age of specialisation. With a further list of achievements this description could be a mile long, Lindsay is regarded to most people in Ireland as one of our greatest ever athletes. A very honest insight into life as Lindsay, performing under pressure, moving sport, imposter syndrome, and the mentality that allowed her to reach the heights that she has. This is one of my favourite episodes to date. Lindsay I'll see you at Cluck Chicken!!
