185. Nicki Koziarz -- Why Her?

Have you heard my first episode with Nicki Koziarz back in 2020. We talk about her book,  *Why Her. The subtitle is 6 Truths We Need to Hear When Measuring Up Leaves Us Falling Behind. This book is all about comparison and I think this is such a real struggle in our lives especially with social media. We are going to address that today, and I am so excited to share some of my favorite truths from her book.
