For the last fourteen years he has worked every sized venue from clubs, theatres, and festivals. Pierre started as a volunteer, helping local productions in every job possible. His philosophy now is the same as it was then; the more areas you can be knowledgeable about, the hireable you'll be. As he got deeper into production, he focused more and more on the technical side and became a "multi-tool technician," working over the years as a roadie, rigger, lighting tech, backliner and stage manager.
