186 | Breaking the "Style Rules" and Getting to the Why of What Works for You [Client Success Story!]

My son, Grey, turned 6 over the summer and started kindergarten this fall and I can't believe how fast time is flying. It feels like just yesterday he started asking the 3-letter question most moms dread… WHY?   WHY… do I have to go to bed earlier than the grown ups? WHY… is it dangerous to take a flying leap off my bed? WHY… can't I have that toy I just saw for the first time in the Amazon holiday catalog and now absolutely need or my entire life will be over?   A lot of my son's questions over the years have been science-related and my response is always the same… "That's a really good question for Opa!" (← Opa is my dad, who just so happens to be a scientist! So that's convenient, right?) While a majority of Grey's questions are repetitive or out of my league, I still encourage him to ask — even now.
