#186 Improve Detox & Mitochondrial Function Using Far-Infrared Technology with Mark Givert

Mark Givert began life as a chartered surveyor, in the corporate world of commercial property Investment and development. In his mid 20's he was young, successful, & unfulfilled. In his early 30's he made an unexpected decision to travel the world to study and deepen his practice of meditation. This journey lasted more than 20 years and culminated with him living for many years with a 90 year old Master Yogi practicing meditation, studying Ancient Yogic texts, and receiving many teachings on 'How to Live'. This journey had provided Mark with a lot of invaluable wisdom and experience; however there was a price to pay. As a result of his extensive travels his health was terrible; he had been left with a lot of fatigue, fibromyalgia, gut, and liver damage, not to mention the parasitic, and host of other infections that ravaged his body. It took Mark Givert 6 years of research, and a lot of trial and error to discover how to get well. Finally with a programme of detox, Far Infrared Thermal Treatment, and nutrition he was able to restore good health. Get Fitt was launched as a result of his chronic poor health.
