In addition to practicing law, Jaiais currently an adjunct professor at UCLA and contributor for Entrepreneur Magazine. She also recently launched Diverse Representation, the first ever comprehensive database of African-American attorneys, agents, managers and publicists who work in  the sports and entertainment industry. She hold's a Bachelors degree from Colgate University and a JD from The George Washington University Law School (JD). Ever since she was a young adult, Jaia had a passion for social justice and discovered that law was a way for her to pursue her interests and passion.
