We take a look at the 26 players who comprise the roster that will play in a World Cup on home soil. For those players, their journey begins to try and go after the ultimate dream of winning a World Cup on home soil, something a host has not done since France in 1998. On the other side are the players who didn’t make the roster, and we give them their due as well. It’s not easy for those guys to not get called in, but they were a big part of this process of preparing the team for the World Cup.
