188b Iron and Earth: oil workers and Louis Bull Tribe train solar workers

Jen Turner knows what it's like to be outside covered in drilling mud, out at 3:00 o'clock in the morning when it's -40. She's an oil worker who wants to see more renewable energy and more renewable jobs. That's why her organization Iron and Earth has partnered with Louis Bull Tribe in Alberta to run solar training programs for oil workers and Tribe members alike.
