Behind the wheel of this pickup truck? According to Mrs. Mercer, none other than Jack Ruby.We will examine her 11/63 statements to both The Dallas County Sheriff's Office and the FBI, her sworn affidavit to New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison, and other Primary Resource Documentation from other sources that seem to corroborate the presence of a pickup truck in Dealey Plaza.
