189: I Felt Some Shame About It...

In today's episode of Coach Business, I share an experience I had recently where I saw a post that caused me to shame spiral a bit (not for long, but enough that I wanted to talk to you about it). So often, people share things online without sharing the full story - this was one of those instances - but it led to me having some feelings, regardless. I'm betting you can relate. Listen in, and let me know! Also, remember, success isn't always easy, but we get to keep going, and we're in it together! If this resonates, share it with someone else who needs to hear it.
